Terms and conditions:
- Payment
- is due in full before any service is provided
- should be made by check addressed to "Pittsburgh Chapter, AGO" or via PAYPAL to "Treasurer@pitago.org"
- provided to newsletter editor (for newsletter ads) or Chapter Registrar (for labels or e-mail)
- Newsletter ads:
- Space for ads should be arranged with the newsletter editor
- The ad and payment are due before the newsletter deadline (5PM on the 10th of the month before newsletter publication date
- Pictures must be in .JPG format
- The newsletter editor and chapter officers reserve the right to decline any advertisement that they feel is inappropriate, in poor taste, or contrary to the AGO code of Ethics
- Labels:
- Coordination of labels should be arranged with the Chapter Registrar
- Email to all Chapter members:
- The Chapter reserves the right to decline any requests that do fit with the mission of the Chapter or directly conflict with a Chapter sponsored event (i.e. OAS, POA, etc.)..
- All requests must be submitted to the Chapter Email Coordinator: email@pitago.org The Email coordinatorwill acknowledge all requests and then format the email for distribution.
- The request should be formatted exactlyl the way that it is intended to appear. Any attachments (images or PDFs only) should be please clearly indicated in the request.
- All requests must be received no later than one week prior to the publicized event.
- Once the request is acknowledged and accepted, payment should be sent to the Chapter Registrar via check made payable to "Pittsburgh Chapter AGO", subject: "Email".
