The weather was beautiful when Rachel arrived...

And quickly took off her street shoes .....

To get to the console and practice .

Saturday meant lots of coffee in the morning and a lot of time at the console.

On Sunday the staff from Music In a Great Space (MIGS) was on hand to make sure everything was ready.

Peter Bodnar got ready to sell tickets.

And back in the "green room" Rachel went over her notes.

There were a lot of registration changes to go over, a piston to hit there, a toe stud to toggle at another spot.

While down below in the church hall the reception folks were setting up.

There was a lot of interest in the concert, the beautiful weather and an organist/composer both helped draw folks in to the event..

Time to end the intermission, in spite of the nice weather outside.

After all those notes, everyone needed a quick rest. Left to right, Chris Pardini, Rachel Laurin and John Morabito take a quick break after the concert. John, who is now studying at Eastman, was the young AGO member who was on the OAS committee and recommended that Rachel be asked to play in the series. Always the team player, he graciously volunteered to turn pages during the concert.

Finally, it was time to have fun at the reception!
